Picture files can be specified using the full drive and directory as part of the filename. This is called an absolute file path. Optionally, you can leave the drive letter and directory off the name of the picture file if it is located in the default directory. This option is useful when you anticipate moving your pictures or when more than one database shares the pictures. You can change the location of the default picture directory from the Customize settings window. |
