Free shipping offer

Free shipping applies to destinations within the continental USA using US Postal Service Media Mail delivery service.  Extra charges apply for USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS Second Day Air delivery.

Time in transit is guaranteed with United Parcel Service.  Time in Transit is the number of business days en route.  United Parcel Service does not pickup or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays.

Shipment transit times for US Postal Service are estimates only. Time in Transit includes Saturdays.

International orders

All orders to addresses outside the United States are shipped via International Air Mail.  Free delivery is not included on international orders; however, reduced rate international shipping is offered by subtracting USD $4.00 from the actual postage charge we incur.

Customs import duties and local taxes are not included in the order. Each locality may apply their own charges and you may be required to pay these extra charges upon receipt. To find out more, contact your postal service to determine the applicable taxes on commercial software products.

All amounts are in US Dollars.  Conversion from your local currency to US Dollars is handled by your credit card institution using today's most favorable exchange rate.  Contact your bank for more information.

If you are not completely satisfied with The Compleat Botanica, you may return the software within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax.  US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and international postage charges are non-refundable.  The actual cost of shipping will be deducted on refunds made on orders placed with our free shipping offer.   For orders originally made by check or money order, your refund will be by check.  For orders made by credit card, your refund will be credited directly to your account.

Return authorization

Before returning your CD please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number and instructions.  You will need to send a photocopy of your original receipt together with the software.
