If you are not completely satisfied with The Compleat Botanica, you may return the software within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax.  US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and international postage charges are non-refundable.  For orders originally made by check or money order, your refund will be by check.  For orders made by credit card, your refund will be credited directly to your account.

Before returning your CD please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number and instructions.  You will need to send a photocopy of your original receipt together with the software.
